Recipe for 1 person
Preparation : 10 minutes
- 50 g of oat flakes
- 200 ml of semi-skimmed, whole or plant milk
- 3 soup spoons of Maple Joe® maple syrup
- ½ teaspoon of cinnamon powder
- A few blueberries, or soft fruit
- Pecan nuts or various nuts
- Heat the milk with the oat flakes and the cinnamon in a saucepan on a low to medium heat.
- Stir frequently until the porridge becomes thick.
- Place in a bowl, add the soft fruit and nuts.
- Drizzle generously with our maple syrup and enjoy !
