Porridge with pecan nuts and Maple Joe® maple syrup

Recipe for 1 person
Preparation : 10 minutes


  • 50 g of oat flakes
  • 200 ml of semi-skimmed, whole or plant milk
  • 3 soup spoons of Maple Joe® maple syrup
  • ½ teaspoon of cinnamon powder
  • A few blueberries, or soft fruit
  • Pecan nuts or various nuts


  1. Heat the milk with the oat flakes and the cinnamon in a saucepan on a low to medium heat.
  2. Stir frequently until the porridge becomes thick.
  3. Place in a bowl, add the soft fruit and nuts.
  4. Drizzle generously with our maple syrup and enjoy !
